I bought an item from a chinese supplier last year and  I didn't receive yet, I have made contact with them and nothing, I have tried to make contact with e-bay but the system say that the case is closed, what I have to do to be reimbursed ?

If you paid with PayPal, you have 180 days from payment to open a claim with PayPal.

If you paid with a debit or credit card, contact your card provider.
