Combining two orders

Had someone purchase 2 items and don’t know how to send invoice for reduced postage.. please help. Thanks, Brenda

Have they already paid for the items?  If so, you can't send an invoice.  You have to go to the paypal transaction and issue a partial refund for the difference.  Make sure to note what the refund is for in the box for notes. Also send an eBay message about the shipping refund just to CYA.

If they haven't paid you should be able to send an invoice from the "Items awaiting Payment" List.  use the dropdown to find "send invoice".
