Combining shipping

I have a buyer that purchased one of my listings and wants to combine shipping on another item. Do I have to unpack each one and start a new listing with both items in the same box?

If you did not offer or state you combine shipping, you are not obligated to do so.

It the purchases are made, but not paid for, you can click on Send Invoice on one of the items.  Both will show up to combine and adjust the shipping cost.
