Hello everyone, I have 2 items paid for by the same buyer. I did not have the combined shipping option on but it is now. I printed one label and was going to ship when this person won another item. I want to combine the items but make sure they are both tracked. What is the best way to do this? I have read through numerous articles and am still a bit confused on how it would show and how I can get the best shipping rate and also provide the buyer a refund. Any help is greatly appreciated! I know I have to be missing something because it shouldn't be this hard!
