Hi! Someone purchased an item and has already paid the invoice of the item + shipping. They then bought a second item from me. I would like to ship them together. How can I combine these? Should I calculate the new price of shipping with them combined and edit the shipping to account for what they have already paid from the first order in the second invoice? But will that mess up the tracking if they pay for two separate shipping charges for one item / flag my account? I appreciate any help!
Yes, you can send then an invoice for the second item with the shipping adjusted. After they pay go to the shipping hub and select both to be shipped together with on label. The same tracking number will be uploaded to both orders.
