I have been dealing with a customer who wants to save on shipping by combining items. Which I do if the items are won within a 5 day period, before Ebay opens an unpaid item case on them. However this customer is under the impression that I hold on to items longer. They have even tried for a local pick up when they live on the other side of the country. Then once i do combine and send an invoice they complain shipping is to high. I dont have these problems with any of my customers. Trying to handle it well but they are really starting to tick me off. Dont want a negative review and after telling them my rules for shipping it just aint computing. Feeling frustrated and venting. Sorry

Obviously you are a new seller because only new sellers are this overly concerned with one bad comment. This buyer is manipulating and bullying you into things you aren't obligated to do. A buyer cannot "choose" local pickup if it wasn't offered as a choice in the original listing. There are policies for buyers as well as sellers. You need to just state what your choices are as the seller and be done. If buyer decides they no longer want your items than cancel them and block the buyer. Your items will sell again to a better buyer. Please don't allow this person to do this to you. Think of the other sellers you are helping by not falling for this type of behavior. Best of luck to you....

As these are auctions and it did not say in the listing that you will combine shipping you are not obligated to do so. The buyer can't demand something that wasn't offered in the listing. Either they pay the amount per your invoice or you file for unpaid items. When I have been asked to discount shipping they pay my price or go away. You still have to pay the fees for the shipping portion or your listings. You should be able to get negative feedback removed if they mention the shipping as they are asking for something that wasn't actually offered. Keep all your communication through eBay messages.
