Combining Shipping for multiple International Order evtn Numbers

Hello, I had two different sales to the same international buyer and noticed it wouldn't let me combine the shipment.  Each item has different evtn numbers.  I thought about just placing them all in one box and mailing it myself at my local post office and then just adding the tracking to eBay.  Since there are two evtn numbers I thought about just placing both on the label on the box, but I didn't know if packaging them together would cause an issue?  Do they need to be packaged separately due to the evtn numbers?  This is going to the Illinois hub.

You do need to ship them separately.  EIS items can only be shipped together if the buyers for them at the same time.

As mentioned above @fey4 , you have to ship them separately. If you ship them together it will create problems at the hub. The second item may never make it to the buyer and you'd be responsible for the refund since it's against the program's T&C to combine separate orders.

When I have situations like this, I reach out to the buyer.  I've found that it's cheaper for the buyer if you stick all the items into a single listing for them to buy from.
