Combining Shipping Payments Into Monthly Payment

Does anyone know of a good way to make shipping charges a little more ordlerly? Right now i have hundreds of shipping transactions a month and it makes it near impossible to find other individual charges, anyone know of a way to condense or even make it a monthly payment? Or can you take it out of your payment balance so it doesnt clutter up card statements or paypal statements? Thanks!

You can pay for the shipping labels using the Pending Funds.

Next time you buy a label, scroll to the bottom and select Pending Funds to pay for the shipping.
