Hi,
I just had a customer buy two items separately. Individually they are over 3 dollars shipping each. Which means they paid 6 in all.
I figured out that I could group the two items in a shipment together and the shipment is half the price of shipping separately that they paid.
Would it be wise to refund one of the item's shipping prices, since I am only paying half of what they paid because I grouped the items into one shipment than the price would be than shipping separately.
Thanks,

If paid separately ship them that way.

Absolutely combine into 1 shipment if same address. Be sure tracking number entered into each listing. As far as refunding postage... you can refund a portion for sure. It doesnt have to be to the exact penny. Most Buyers will be happy to get $ back. Some don't even care tho.
