I recently had a buyer who purchased two BIN/IPR items from me. Each had their own First Class shipping fee. By mutual agreement, since the combined First Class mailing was close to what Priority Mail would have cost, we agreed that I would combine the two into a single PM shipment.
Now I see in my "Sold" that only one of the items shows as delivered, the other still showing "Shipped".
Is this normal for combined shipping?
Could an unscrupulous buyer take advantage of this to file an INR on the one still showing only as shipped? (I don't expect that to happen on this sale - buyer has already left feedback on both items, proving that he received both)
If they do try and open an INR on the one that doesn't show delivered, will I have any protection based on the fact that one item in the order shows "Delivered", or am I hosed if the buyer claims I didn't put both items in the single shipment?

@friskya It's all about the tracking number itself. Say this buyer were to open an INR case, all you'd have to do is enter the tracking number. That would show it has a delivered scan on the tracking number itself and you'd win the case.
Also try not to think about what if's, nothing good can be accomplished by that. Either it will or it won't happen. You've acknowledged the chances are slim for this buyer to open an INR so why spend time thinking about that. Concentrate on more positive things. Best of luck to you....

If I am reading correctly both items have positive feedback received, so looks like all is well.

You are reading correctly. As I mentioned, I don't expect a problem with this particular order, but was asking about the potential for an unscrupulous buyer to use the one item not showing as delivered to open up an INR claim.
