A customer purchased from me Saturday and then purchased again the next night.I combined in to one package but now I have two tracking numbers for the two seperate purchases. How do I remove the number that is not needed or inform Ebay that both packages were sent in one envelope and that I am not disregarding my responsibilities of timely shipping? The tracking for a second package is just no longer needed as the two orders are in one package and have been shipped.

Are you saying you printed a label for the first package and then ended up combining the orders after the 2nd purchase and printed a 2nd label? That would be the only way I can think that you have 2 tracking numbers. If so, then you would need to cancel the label for the single order. You can copy & paste the correct tracking number into the transaction that has the wrong tracking number.

That was very kind of you, combining the orders like that. With us, we only combined orders under the same invoice, no more ordering Sat, Sun and Monday, and then informing late us Monday to combine the orders. We pack as soon as the completed order comes in. That is shown as paid from ebay. To answer your question though, if you are in the US, just cancel the previous shipping label. We don't have that option here.
