Has anyone else had any problems combining items for shipping invoice? I've been doing this for years, and only in the last couple days I can't send an invoice with combined shipping. Thanks, Randy
Yes ebay broke something again. Can't invoice on either Safari, or now on Firefox, which was working until someone decided to screw thing up again, I mean update the system.
@seym_20 I did it over the weekend with no issues but haven't had one buyer with multiple sales since Saturday. I'll be on the lookout for any issues in case something has changed but hopefully this was a one time fluke. Best of luck to you....
I sent a combined invoice about 5-6 days ago with no issues. Lots of multi-item orders with separate shipping costs since then, but all those buyers paid in full without requests to combine.
How long have you been having issues with invoices?
I just saw that you're selling sports cards. eBay made some major changes to that category today and it's resulting in all kinds of issues. Supposedly it will be cleared up within 24-48 hours once everything is reindexed into the new categories and the dust settles. In the meantime, I'm not sure what to tell you. Refund the buyer after they pay and deduct your non-refundable fees from that amount (or eat the fees if small)? The situation really stinks. @seym_20
I can combine items for shipping (sometimes) but I cant combine shipping weights to offer discounts. this is a new problem and I got EBAY to call me. (you cant call them) They are no help at all they just tell me to give the buyer a discount which takes away from my profit (not EBAYS profit from shipping cost) Do I need to change my settings ? can anyone help me please?
