Combined postage

I've had a buyer make an offer on 5 items I've accepted but it's generated an automated payment on all 5 with 5 separate prepaid labels sent over. How do I combine the postage to get the items posted out in one parcel? Thanks

I was just trying to figure out something else the other day...

but I think you might want to check

"selling"

"shipping preferences"

and see if your combined shipping capabilities are set right

Since you're in the UK, I'm thinking you'd do better asking this on that board. This is the US board.

We would not get automatic pre paid labels on the USA site so best you reach out to on your home community board and ask.
