Combined Shipping

I just started my store recently and am offering a buy 2 get 1 free promotion. I have a flat shipping rule of add .50 for each additional item and a calculated rule of combine all weights with .50 handeling cost for each additional item. I have an order for the buy 2 get 1 free but the shipping is not combined. Not sure how to fix this.

There are a lot of ways to set up shipping discounts so we'd need more info on what you're doing and which tools you're using

If you are setting up combined shipping rules under Account Settings > Shipping Preferences then you also have to apply the rules to your listings (or biz policies).

If you're using discounts manager, or setting things up direct on each listing, that changes things.
