Combined Ship Fed Ex Labels Not showing Direct Signature Tracking

I had two combined ship orders that I chose to combine with Fed Ex. The orders were not combined by the buyer. I get the option of adding Direct signature tracking and it is absolutely charged for and added to the cost then I go to print the label and it say RES instead of what is suppose to be on the label as DSR. Do something about this ebay.

I just called Fed Ex with this tracking number and it is not registered as having Direct Signature Tracking.

I was charged an additional 5 dollars and something for this when I paid for the combined ship. What is going on with Ebay’s Interface on these labels.
