Combine shipping error anout a handling time.

I usually have 5 business days to ship item.

When I sold some items with combine shipping, the handling time was shorted to 3 days from 5day.

All my items do not have 3 business days, a handling time.

I wonder why this sort of phenomenon occurred.

If somebody knows the reason why it is, let me know.
