Collection Delayed

Can someone please tell me what "Collection Delayed" means? According to the seller my parsel has been held up due to covid messures.  The situation has not changed for 20 days.

I'm afraid the message means that the shipper is still waithing for the parsel to arrive. If so, I'll need to ask for a refund. If the message means that my parsel is in holding with the shipper, I still can wait untill the covid ban is lifted.

Can anyone please advice?

If it's set there for 20 days, I would file an INR to get a refund before it's to late.

This is a US based board and in the US virtually all of the nonsense has ended even in the states who had more absurd levels of it.  

Your account shows you're in the Netherlands and you don't say where your seller is.  If you want to be fair to the seller you'll have to research what restrictions or other silliness is in effect where he is, and determine from that if he is being honest with you.   

Or you can as mentioned move to protect yourself with an item not received claim and get the money back.  It's certainly reasonable at this point.
