So, I got a replacement earbud that didn't work. Contacted the seller and he offered to exchange it, I just needed to start a return and select exchange instead of full refund. I went to do the return and didn't see an option for the exchange, just selected that it was defective and explained the issue. It then took me to the shipping label part, which I printed. I thought it would do the exchange instead of refund on the next page, but it wasn't there. So, I panicked and selected to close the return thinking I could start over. As I'm sure you're well aware, you cant. I contacted the seller to let him know what was going on and he said no worries, just to let him know what the tracking number was when I sent it. My question is, can I still use that same label I printed off, or do I now need to pay for the shipping at the post office? It's not that big of a deal if I do have to pay for it, I just dont want to send it and have it come back to me because the label is invalid. Then have to talk to the seller again and have him think I'm an idiot. Lol. Any advice would be great, thanks!
