Click to Print Label and "loading Preview" Never loads.

I have not been able to print a label for two days now. When i click on Print label, it changes the screen to a "loading Preview" screen but it never loads. Just stays loading. I can do it fine in another browser. Just not firefox. Which i would like to continue using for everything

Don't know how to fix this problem, but being stuck not able to print a label for a couple of days is a huge problem.

I had that issue when eBay labels page went blooey for several days and it started to hurt my metrics.  So I set up a contingency plan, by setting up a free account with PirateShip.com.  Once it is set up properly, eBay sales populate at the PS site and once a label is purchased the tracking info is automagically uploaded to the Sales Record in eBay.  Now when eBay has a hiccup, I my business isn't effected as I just use my 'back-up' plan.  Oh and on some shipments I save a bit of coin too.

Change your Firefox settings under Options: Applications so that PDF files are opened by a PDF reader (such as Acrobat Reader) rather than opening in Firefox.
