Choosing a "shipping policy" help.

I am not sure what I did, but I want to undo it. I usually build my listing, weigh the item and then choose the shipping methods like First Class or Priority Mail, etc. I followed a link the other day, just exploring ebay. I visited the business policy page and I must have clicked something by accident. Now when I build a listing, when I get to shipping, I get these weird choices for "shipping policy". I just want to turn it off and go back to choosing services. Does anyone know how I can get back to the way it was? Does this make sense? I appreciate any help or guidance you can offer.

There should be an option to opt out of business policies on this page...

You can also go to the Biz Policy Management page and click opt out on the top right @thecollectionbuyer.
