Hi, fellow eBay seller - I am recently new to selling on eBay and I've been looking at my payouts and noticed that I have been charged twice for two shipping labels. Originally I have purchased them on May 14 and 17 for the two shipping labels. Then just today I noticed that there was another charge on May 25 for both but this time a different amount was charged. I don't know if this is a return or what because I have not been notified of anything and I find it to be a coincidence that they are similar items but they have been sent to two different people. Please help

When you use a Flat Rate Box, you have to pay the flat rate. You paid by weight, so the APV system caught it and charged you the amount that was underpaid.

It looks like you sold items on 5/14 and 5/15, so I'll assume your two shipping labels on 5/14 and 5/17 were for those sales.
You also sold an item on 5/25... are you sure that's not the May 25th charge you see? I assume it is, but it should only be shown once, if you only printed one label for the ASICS.

Can you tell us the package dimensions, weight and shipping service used?

I see it. But I've never seen that before. Did you use USPS like the listings state? Those should have been a 'one and done'...

Both items are 2.8inx8.5inx8.3in and not weighing more than two pounds. And i put them in a box of 12x12x6 which i put when purchasing the label as it asks for Packages dimentions and rounded to 2lbs as it says to not be charged again.

Yes I used USPS and through eBay like you said as a "one and done"

USPS, UPS, FedEx?
Priority, Ground?
Oh, I think I see the problem. 12x12x6 - you used a Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box, didn't you? Then you paid for postage based on weight which is why you were then charged the difference for the flat rate box.
