Charged twice for a postage transaction? Only one label but two charges.

Hi,

today - so far - I have only shipped one item, by Yodel.

I got 2 PayPal notifications of Packlink deductions within a couple of minutes of each other, one at £2.88,which I recognised as relating to the order, and one for £3.18 which I do not recognise. On the Packlink page, only one transaction is shown (£2.40 which I assume is the£2.88 less Ebay's cut). Only PayPal shows this deduction, from Ebay. If I try to query this transaction  via PayPal, it refers me to Ebay. But I cannot find any transaction on Ebay whcich I can query!!!!

Any  ideas how to query this seemingly phantom transaction? Is there some chat line I can raise the issue via?

Only PayPal shows this deduction of £3.18, from Ebay.
