So a guy signed for the item Thursday, I have that in the fedex tracking, now instead of going to paypal or ebay, he did a chargeback with his bank. What recourse to do i have here. He shipped it to his bussiness address, I'm considering leaving him a bad google review, since i can't leave bad feedback, maybe instead i can let it reach his local market instead. Should i also contact the local PD in his area or the BBB and report him for fraud. I tried to call and said this is about ebay and he hung up and does not anwser anymore, on his bussiness line. It's a new account he bought from with no feedback, and created it seems just to buy that one computer i was selling.
