Charge from delivery last week

I just got a random $1.22 charge to my PayPal for eBay shipping on a package that was delivered on the 17th. I am assuming my weight was off by a little? It doesn’t give reason. I’ve Never had this happen to me before so just curious.

Looks like that decided a Zone 7 package weighed more than 12 ounces. (Less than 16)

Could have been worse.

Sometimes the posts come up on here where the packages have been charged "Priority" rates.
