A seller has requested that the package be shipped to her brother's address, where they will be next week.
When I go in and change the address in FedEx, an error message comes up saying the label can not be created. I went back just to see if it would create a label going to the the buyer's original address and it did.
The problem is in changing the address.
Anyone have a suggestion?

When/if a buyer wants his purchase shipped to a different address, he is offered the chance to change the shipping address on the invoice when making payment.
If he does not do that, but chooses to send the seller a message AFTERWARDS, the only way to correctly and safely handle the request is for the seller to cancel the transaction, relist the item, allow the buyer to buy and the buyer to CHANGE the delivery address when paying.
It's also very important, and cannot stress this enough, to make sure the person requesting the change is the actual buyer and not a scammer trying to redirect an item to himself.
