I recently purchased set of crank bolts from a seller supposedly in London.
The items took around 2 weeks to arrive and were incomplete so I raised a request asking for the full item to be sent.
However I have now decided to order the same item locally as I really want to get the job completed and figure it will probably take at least another couple of weeks for this seller to resolve.
The problem is that I cannot see a way to change my ticket from 'I still want item' to 'I require a refund'. I did think about cancelling the ticket and resubmitting but looking around these forums it looks like that will not be allowed.
I have also tried contacting ebay but they seem to have closed down all lines of communication at this time
