I have found a number of our listings have been changed from shipping to collect only. I think this has been done by an e bay automated system. This is a bar to selling as buyers need to be close to the seller if they are to collect and therefore will not buy if the distance to collect is too far to travel. Why do e bay not test the system when making changes before the changes are put into place.
