Hi!
I recently returned an item to a seller and when I called to start teh return it was marked as defective. The item is not defective, it just doesn't fit what I needed it to and the seller asked me to change the reason for the return so it doesn't show she has a defective item sold (understandably). Is there any way to change the reason for the return even though it has already been shipped?

Did the seller have size listed in the listing ? Some buyers think they can fit in nexted size down even though they should buy the next size up. Ebay has had a lot heat over the years from clothing sellers about size issue too be filed as a SNAD case when it is not .
