Change label sizes

So before the redesign they've been trying to shove down our throats for a year became final, USPS labels generated through the site were generated as jpeg images of each label. This was great as you could easily print them out in a variety of sizes. Now instead they are generated as a uneditable pdf containing the labels. In order to print them at a size other than half an A sized sheet of paper, now one has to screenshot the pdfs pages, use an image editor to crop out everything but a single label, and export it as an image file which can be printed at any size. Please tell me there is a way to get individual image files of the labels, or some way to change the size of the labels in the pdf it generates, bc the default is larger than my packages.

I've found no way to obtain or derive image files for the labels, but I did come up with this method to manipulate PDF label files in an automated fashion using the free Irfanview image viewer which can crop, rotate, scale, print, etc PDF pages via the commandline which means batch files customized for types of labels and desired scaling manipulations can be constructed for drag and drop use:

and here for some followup thoughts:

If you have any Irfanview/batch implementation questions, happy to help.

I'm not understanding.  Don't you just want to scale the label down?  I do that all the time.  I have pre-scored adhesive backed labels for when I print them full size, with the label on half of the sheet, and a receipt in a smaller area on the other side of the sheet.  I use that on all packages that will allow that size.  When I want to put a label on a 6X4X4 box, I just print the label at 82% on plain paper, adjusted during the printing step, then cut it out with scissors and glue it to the box, then tape across the address and top and bottom edges leaving barcodes exposed.  Why do you want to do anything with image files?
