I have been a seller on eBay for several years and absolutely love the global shipping program. I have sent all kinds of items all over the world. That said, has there been some kind of change recently to what the buyer sees at the beginning stages of the purchase? I have never had any issues but twice in the last month or so a buyer has clicked buy it now and then not paid for the item. Both contacted me saying they were were not expected to pay extra fees for import and shipping from eBay to them. This could obviously be a coincidence but I was just curious since it has never been a problem before.

Check your listings ... your buyers may not have purchased it through the Global Shipping Program, but rather through eBay's new International Standard Delivery.
Several sellers have reported that they assumed that their new listings had the GSP, but instead had ISD.

Thank you for that. I will check but both these sales resulted in the usual "Congratulations! You've sold your item through the Global Shipping Program" email being sent to me.

When a buyer is shopping on the .com site, they don't see the import charges until they checkout or click on their cart but it has been like that for quite a while.
