Change handling time???? When gone from a Saturday through a Wednesday?

I plan to be gone a Saturday through a Wednesday soon. Shall I change my handling time to 3 business days and ship that Wednesday night (provide tracking) and carrier pick up Thursday??? I currently have 1 day but typically ship out same day or next morning depending on the time of the sale. 

So no vaca mode to keep store open. Does three days sound reasonable or do people respond negatively to that?

If you're doing carrier pickup on Thursday, then 3-day handling is not enough. It would need to be 4. If you're concerned that buyers will react badly then your only options are to end the listings or activate the "Out of stock" option.
