Hello, how are you?
I've been trying for over 20 days to get my money back for a perfume I bought for $ 35.19. I called PayPal and they claim that the agile seller in bad faith only returned me $ 0.35. When I try to file a claim on Ebay they claim that the case is closed. What should I do to get my money back? Let me know.

Is it past Ebays thirty day mbg? If so, open a case at PP.

If you paid with a debit or credit card, file a dispute with them.

Hi, just to clarify, we are not customer service here in the forums, but we can help you as fellow buyers and sellers.
Depending on what kind of case you opened, I don’t know how your seller was able to refund only a few cents without eBay stepping in to force the entire amount returned. But let’s move on.
In order to assist you, can you supply a little more info? Before you open a case on PayPal, what was the problem with the first transaction? Did the item arrive? If it did, was it damaged in some way? Or was it not as described in the listing? Why did you want to return it?

EBay almost always takes the side of the buyer, could you perhaps be the victim of some glitch ?

Hi, I bought a $ 35.19 perfume. I returned the perfume because it was fake. The seller said the refund had already been made, but when I called Pay Pal, they claim that the seller only refunded me $ 0.35. I already opened a claim on Ebay and they say the case has already been closed.

Perhaps they did a typo... I would suggest you talk to the seller and ask them to refund you directly the $35 via PayPal since it only came out as .35 cents. If they don't comply for whatever reason, then do as the user, OrangeHound, suggested and dispute the charges with your debit/credit company.

Yes a refund closes an ebay case.Does the original payment show as refunded in your ebay purchase history and in transaction details in paypal?

Why are you calling Paypal?
Log in and look at your account yourself. What does it say?
Did you open case with Paypal or Ebay?
If you had a return open with Ebay, the seller refunding .35c of a $35 refund would not have closed the case.
