Has anyone else experienced this, this is my first time just brought 3 signed CGC graded comics from the USA I'm in the UK, just looked at tracking and it's saying unable to deliver, carrier refused to ship item forward.
I can't find anything on ebay and just tells me to raise it after expected delivery date has expired.
Have contacted seller but guessing they can't fo much.
They were a cool addition to my collection as well and puts me off buying from international again.

Is their any way to resolve this or contact ebay, it says I can't raise anything until expiry of est delivery date which is the 18th.

I know the UK is blocking a lot of toys from being shipped there, but don't now about comics.

Since you're in the UK, did you buy from a seller who shipped directly or did you use a freight forwarder? If it's a FF, that's who you hired so your dispute would be through them.
If not a FF, what does tracking show?

Hi thank you for a reply, it was ebay international shipping , it appears to be in the UK hub but they are refusing to send the package on to me, no idea why it's really bizarre, managed to get through to ebay, they don't know why either but most likely I won't receive the parcel and need to raise an incident gor a refund, so can the UK not order comics from the states? Best place to find them.

For EIS shipping, the seller's responsibility ended with delivery to EIS. If you don't get the item, you'll need to file with ebay, seller will keep the money and you should get a refund.
From ebay:
"International purchases are covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee as long as all other eligibility requirements are met. Learn more about eBay Money Back Guarantee."

Thanks for the reply - if would be nice if they said why it wasn't being delivered, its not about the money i paid for signed graded comics i cant get in the UK, so little point in carrying on with the collection if i cant buy from USA.

Sorry -- didn't understand this part of your message " . . .seller will keep the money and you should get a refund".
Does that mean, in the case of an INR situation, if it was an EIS delivery that failed somehow, the SELLER will not need to refund but that eBay will refund the buyer? Had no idea, but then it's been a long time since I sold here and never did EIS.

I would think the comics are fine to order and deliver to UK. Not sure if UK has some objections to certain material and bans the book or comic.

That's my understanding of how EIS works.

With EIS, as long as the item is received at the US hub, the seller's job is done.
Anything after that, Ebay takes care of, any refund or returns, the seller is not involved.
