I am unable to see the file you attached. Did you close a return? If you close a return on eBay then you are stating "I am 100% satisfied and I have no further need for eBay to ever step in again on this transaction". Obviously those words aren't used specifically, but it is made clear that you can one attempt at a return of each item.

So if you did close the return on your own, then you will not be able to return it through eBay. You may have to work with the seller directly.

If you opened a return for the wrong seller, then closed it, then later need to return the item to that seller that you had opened the wrong return for...same issue...you will not be able to open that return.

Ebei closed the case. That's their reason. That is why I want to appeal. I have all the evidence.

I do not know why ebey gave such a reason, although it is really this seller and this product.
