Cant print shipping label. Page is blank! Is anyone else having trouble?

I am trying to purchase and print a label.  When I click on print shipping label, the page is blank!  On both my desktop computer and my laptop.

Is anyone else having problems today?

You have to download the label to see and print it.  That got me this morning.

I have not had any issues with today's labels.........what browser are you currently using?  If Firefox, try a different browser.  We gave up recently on all the glitches with Firefox and started using Edge.

Also - a lot of glitches over the weekend.  I decided to log off and re-boot my laptop.  Might be a quinkie-dink, but a lot of glitches stopped.  Maybe give that a whirl?  Good luck!

OK, I was able to print mine by doing this.....  On the link from ebay that was titled 'Your eBay label is ready', I RIGHT clicked on the Reprint Label button and selected 'Open in New Window'.  Was able to print label and packing slip from the new window.

There was a comment that mentioned downloading the label avoids this issue. That is what I have been doing.

Same for me. It’s been over a week since this started. I sent a message to eBay this am.

Apparently I don’t know how to do that. Besides I can’t even see a shipping label to do that.

@pamkiss_61  This is an old thread, so you need to start a new one, or post more detail as to your problem.

What OS, Browser, and printer model are you using?

What type of label are you trying to print?

Do you see the label preview?

Do you get any error message?

Are you charged for the label?

Did you try to reprint it?

Couldn't print using Firefox browser, but switching to Chrome I was able to. All in all a huge hassle.  Good luck.

Contact ebay. I did today and they need more people to report this!
