Are you planning on selling or just buying as I think that export.ebay info is more for sellers.

You may end up having to register a new account in the country that you are now in.  I know that sellers here using Managed Payments can not change the country they live in using the same ID but I'm not sure how that applies to buyers.

@lacemaker3  Do you happen to know if buyers can change their country of residence or have a link that may help the op?

Just your shipping address for purchases @loikoevg2012 ? If that's the case, instead of editing your current address, add a new address. Once it's added, make it the default, and after that delete the old address.

Note this is just for your shipping address, not your country of registration.

If you want to change your country of registration to avoid certain blocks, you'd be better off creating a new account.

Buyers can change their country of residence, in most cases. The export.ebay.com link that was provided includes instructions for those who have not yet registered for managed payments, which would include all buying-only accounts.

Sellers who have registered for managed payments can't change their country of residence in any case, it appears from the info on that link.

I don't know if additional restrictions have been placed on accounts registered in Russia or not.
