I have two sold items to go to Australia. My post office here in Spain will not accept them as they say they are not able to ship to Australia or Portugal.
Ebay system is now nudging me saying the items have not been dispatched in time. I offered refunds but both buyers indicated they would rather just wait until there is a viable route to Australia.
I understand that ebay increased the dispatch time by one day! What should I do?

You need to check your postal service site for official announcements. Postal employees of ten do not know/have the latest information. In US for example we have this update from 17 April:

The latest update for Australia is from a month ago. If there was anything new, I think US would also update the information for Australia. The last time I mailed a package to Australia was on 2 March and was delivered on March 12. I
