Cannot pay for item

Hello, I tried ordering an item to be delivered to my po box after accepting and offer from the seller but it says that the seller can't ship the item to my location. I'm unable to pay for the item in the app. Is there any way I can solve this? (either by being able to pay for it, or just canceling since it won't ship to the US?)

Some shippers will not ship to PO Boxes. This may or may not be the problem for you. You could always message the seller and see if they are willing to resolve the issue (add shipping to your location).

I believe most USPS locations offer a street address version for your po box. Instead of

PO Box 679

Pretty City, IN 12345

it might look like

360 Pretty Street #679

Pretty City, IN 12345

May or may not help with this problem. It will help with other orders where PO Boxes are blocked.

Check and see the shipping details in the item listing.   It should say if it's USP or USPS.  UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

Sounds like the seller is in another country @matlo_72 ?

Does the listing specify a shipping cost to the US? If it does then you should be able to complete the purchase - try using the website if the app isn't working.

But if the listing does not specify a shipping cost to the US, you may need to contact the seller and ask them to send an invoice.

Use Street addressing as mentioned above.  I use a:

My name

My home street address

PO Box Number

My City, State, Zip

I use it across USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL with no problems.
