Hopefully it is a glitch, try again later and if still no joy you may need to contact eBay to see if this is an issue with others or just you.

For this sale, to not upset your buyer, you may need to take it in person and lodge over the counter and then upload tracking later.

So I can take the package to the USPS boxed up and create the label at the USPS store?

@geistep-82  First, are you sure of the weight on those cards. Seems to me that 21 pages of cards would weigh more than 5 oz.  So maybe eBay is not letting you use/buy a First Class label for that reason.

Anyway, you can also create a free Pirate Ship account an buy the label there. Just be sure up load tracking.

Yeah, thats not the correct weight. Ive tried changing the weight but even with that I get the error. This is my first time selling.  Do you have a link on how to manually input tracking on the order? Thank you.

I haven't had to do that since I moved to the Seller Hub, but the option should be in your Orders. Click on the little down arrow to the left of the item and see if the option is in the drop down.  If it's not there, you may need to post another question here on the Shipping board.

I just had that problem, then read in a previous discussion thread to see if the address had too many characters in it, or unusual characters. Mine didn't seem too long, but I clicked Edit on the address, made no changes, clicked Save... and then it worked!

(Or possibly what I did was unrelated, and actually ebay had a glitch that they happened to fix that exact moment?)

@geistep-82  Make sure you check how many characters the buyers name has in it. I had the same thing happen one time, but no message popped up telling me that was the problem. I ended up separating the buyer's name, then putting their business name on the 2nd address line (they had both their name and their business name on one line). A message will pop up warning you about shipping to or changing the ship to info. I called ebay, and the rep said as long as the information was exactly the same as that input by the buyer, it would not cause any issues.  Good Luck!
