Cannot Get Resolution From ebay CS

I made changes to my account for fees and payments. As a result, the previous biller agreement has been canceled. All good. Except, now I cannot pay for shipping labels. Even though info on account  reflects that everything is properly updated. Customer service is lame and I cannot get this issue escalated.

The only workaround for this, of which I'm aware is to buy shipping labels off of the paypal platform.

Wish I had a answer for you !! But, I don't use Ebay Shipping labels for shipping !! But I did save your store 😃 You have some nice items 😃 Hope you can get a answer for your label problem !! TC

If you have any type of Ebay Store or Other...Once an Item is sold...You should be able to Print a label within your Seller Hub or Sold Items Pages..

Try PirateShip. It's free and very easy. Just copy in the buyer's address, compare shipping options and print. You'll get tracking you can add to eBay. Sometimes it's a bit less expensive but usually only by pennies. However, I've been using it since ebay postage printing changed for the worse and PShip is much simpler and streamlined. They also answer questions almost immediately. It's a great backup for those times eBay won't show options you know exist. I have had ZERO problems w/ PShip.
