Cannot Find Refund

I ordered a product with my Debit Card through PayPal. I was supposedly given a refund. The refund shows nowhere on my PayPal account or my bank account, although the original withdrawal does. The seller claims he sent it a week ago. Assuming he is telling the truth, where could it be? I have checked all bank accounts and PayPal accounts that have been used on this account.

The refund goes back to the debit card, if you see the original PayPal transaction was refunded then the refund should be hitting your bank soon, can take 3-5 business days.
