OK, I know the subject line maybe doesn't make much sense - I bought a phone case. It was an inch too wide for the phone. Started a return, but was a bit distracted and selected 'wrong size' option. Only when clicking next I noticed I was responsible for postage, so eventually found out how to cancel it and selected the 'Raised return in error' (or something like that) option.
Now I don't have the option of a return....... no point in contacting the seller as we have a bit of history now, as this is the second incorrect case he's sent me, and he was less than pleased about having to pay for return postage on the first one.
Anything i can do?

I would sell it myself if I made a mistake. Not to seem uncaring but two times. It cost the seller money to revisit these problems. Anyway, good luck and hope you find the case you are looking for.

Erm, hello. I never made the mistake buying it. The case is advertised for the phone model and the size given is 8cm wide. Two have now arrived at 9.5cm wide...... if it was 8cm wide it would fit perfectly. Anyone with half a brain would withdraw what is obviously the wrong case but, no, he's still selling it......

Just wanted to add, since you are a UK buyer, you might want to check the UK discussion boards to make sure procedures for ebay.co.uk are the same as they are for ebay.com (mainly North America).
https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Discussion-Boards/ct-p/13
Also, here's the link to the ebay.co.uk Resolution Centre, where you would initiate a case (depending on your specific situation):
https://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/
or the correct UK PayPal site (since I linked the US site earlier):
