Cancellation request declined mistakenly

There was a senerio with one of my orders, customer mistakenly ordered with a wrong size and msg me about it with the correct size, also cancelled the order. However I replied him that it's OK we can ship the mentioned size and declines the cancellation request Frm customer.

After some time customer mentioned that can we cancel again and order a new item. 

There was nothing to do and the cancellation declined made us both not to cancel again .

We mutually decided to go with the senerio and process the same order, buyer gave a good review size was OK and product was topnotch. However, this needs to be done,  there should be an option for change if someone declined OR accept a order update request.

There are a lot of things on ebay where there is no redo.

But there's no point of that, it should be simple if there someone has mistakenly declined the order cancellation request, thanks after verifying he or she could be able to revoke the decline and accept the cancellation request. 

It is that simple, no rocket science, as easy as 1 2 3!  EBay please do something about it.
