Hi y’all;
so I decided I wanted to make a return request shortly after I ordered the item I wanted because I hadn’t realized until after I ordered it that I wouldn’t be receiving it for over a month after buying it and I couldn’t wait that long. Since it has been over 24 hours since I paid for the item I was un able to cancel the order so I thought requesting a return was the only option but after making a few phone calls and talking to my seller about putting a rush on it etc I decided I would wait a little and still purchase them item. Well when I fallow the directions I find on google and everywhere else on how to cancel return request , when I go to purchase history the only options or actions taken in there are items paid for and when I go to the item I’m trying to deal with it gives me the option to return it and when I click that it says there has already been a return made in this item and i click return details and it takes me to a page where the option is to enter a new tracking number as if I’ve already mailed the item back. Ah! I need help I don’t know why this is so complicated for me to resolve.
the simple question I’m asking is how to cancel a return that already thinks I’ve received the item? HeLP! Thank you

You can't cancel it yourself. Only the seller can cancel it by just disregarding it. Talk to your seller, it is his choice whether to cancel or not.
