Cancel shipping label

I paid for 2 shipping labels for the same item. I need to cancel the one I didn't use to ship the item with. When I go to my orders, I find the one I want to cancel, click cancel shipping label, and it says technical difficulties try again later. I've tried multiple times. I contacted the automated help service with no luck. Any suggestions?

You get 28 days to cancel a USPS label so time is on your side.  Try again tomorrow.

For what it's worth, I usually take those messages at face value. I'm with @toysaver... try again later. Good luck!
