Hello. I created 2 shipping labels (rookie mistake #1) and when I took my package to Fedex, I had to pay for a new (3 times as much expensive) label, which was totally fine with me since they packed and added the correct insurance. Back in the app, I clicked on both unused labels to cancel and update new tracking info. Instead of canceling them, the system gave them a go (perhaps rookie mistake #2), and now both say in transit (which I assume I am going to get charged for) and the one I got directly from Fedex. I've read all the related articles but cannot find how to solve this issue. How do I cancel the labels that are in transit"mistakenly and replace them with the new tracking info? Thanks in advance for the help!

You can't void Fedex labels because you don't pay for them unless they are used. If you printed them via ebay I am fairly sure that you won't be able to get rid of them on the item history either. But you can add another tracking number by clicking on edit next to the existing tracking and then 'add additional tracking'. You would have to let your buyer know which number to click on it to check tracking.
