Can you make a return as Dispatched without a tracking number.

Hello, I sent a return back today with a prepaid postage sticker. I just handed it in at the post office at the window. I never got a tracking number as it was already paid. How do I mark it as dispatched with the tracking number?

You have to upload the tracking number in the return case or it will close against you. How did you receive the return label in the first place? Was it sent to you by the seller via messaging in eBay? If so you should be able to re-print it and then you can get the tracking number and you'll be fine. Go back and check where you received the label.

Hi I still have the label and can re print it, do I need to go to the post office and get the tracking number? Thanks for your reply.

@jfarrell1989 No just jot down the tracking number off the re-printed label and enter that into your return case. Sounds like you will be fine now.
