Can you Bulk edit listing from shipping cost to free

I am selling stamps and have hundreds listed and want to change from a shipping fee to free, Is there any way to bulk edit them or do need to do them one at a time.

You can bulk edit. Seller Hub/Listings/Active listings. Tick the box to the upper left (of your page of live listings) to select 'All', then tick 'Edit' and choose 'Edit all 614 listings'.

When the page prefills, scroll across the screen to 'Shipping Policy'. (If it's not shown, tick to 'Customize' the columns to show your Shipping Policies.) Select 'Free Shipping', or add it as a policy, then 'Submit all'.

There isn't a "shipping policies" column and still do not see where to REMOVE the free shipping toggle on listings in the bulk edit. There seems to be every shipping edit except to remove the free shipping offer. 

I wish this information was updated and/ or accurate. It is very frusterating as a new seller to see all of this inaccurate or outdate info. eBay is a very complicated site with endless settings and what not.

You need to go to Business Policies > then shipping policy to remove free shipping. 
In a web browser you can find Business Policies in the active listing page left hand side you won't find it doing a bulk edit.
