Can we compile USPS scan sheets after the fact or when eBay's bulk shipping tool doesn't work?

I just generated 27 labels right at midnight for my next day's shipments and of course, I got an error message (System unavailable. Please try again later!) right as the PDF and USPS scan sheet were compiling. I did get billed for the labels, and they do appear in my shipping label manager in 'my eBay' however I can only print them manually one at a time instead of having them compiled on a single PDF.  Also, no scan sheet.

Is there a way to compile a PDF or at the very least a scan sheet?

My local USPS branch keeps insisting I have the scan sheets otherwise they will not scan my items if it's too late in the day, or if they're too busy. I don't want to get 27 defects because the shipping manager keeps constantly going down (or like last week it gave me a Paypal error saying I needed to link my account, even though I was charged for the labels anyways).

I am pretty sure that the "beta" shipping page doesn't allow printing of SCAN forms for a previous day - it seems to only generate a SCAN form for shipments of the current day.  It is also a cumbersome task to now have to do 2 steps rather than one.

We have encountered several problems with this "beta" page  ... we submitted in a list of the problems we encountered a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't seen any updates.  (It is a difficult interface to use on a laptop/PC ...  I wonder how many bulk shippers use a teeeeeeeeeeny mobile interface, so does it need to be optimized for mobile or laptop/PC)?

For postage, we are just using the old interface, which can be accessed via a link on the upper right.   And, if they don't fix it or improve the interface, the good news is that we can simply switch over to a competitor.
