Can't purchase postage

Have contacted Ebay multiple times, but anyone else having this issue with not being able to purchase postage.  Just spins and then says "We were not able to take the payment."

If you are able to purchase and print postage using a private or incognito browser window, try clearing your cache in the original browser.

Otherwise, you may be able to print using the "Bulk" label feature, described here:

Or you may be able to print labels using a third party service such as PayPal or Pirateship.
